Comments:
FOOK that wod was a killer, shoulders were hanging. I first picked up the 17.5kg and did 3 HPC and Thrusters and said to myself ''I aint got this!''. Glad I moved to the 15kg cause that killed me! Shoulder press was better today and seemed to be getting nearer my PB again!
