Comments:
Hamstrings are quite tight everyday, need to stretch more at night also. SP, still aint hitting the 5x60kg....dont think its a WU issue, may have to move this to the Monday with the weekend break. 110kg on the squat for 3 was good, watching depth and also knee tracking on the way up. Harder to do without motivation from team mates/coach!!
