What was the plan for the first quater?
First quarter: from the
beginning of January to the end of March. The first quarter will be to
be able to hit the PBs that I have gotten in CWD and SDSC over the last
year. I would like to drop from the 81.3kg to 79kg at this stage. This
is just to watch intake of the correct foods and also try and give my
body the right fuel to progress in my goals!
First Quarter 31st March(Actualy 30th April):
Body Weight - 77kg
Body Fat - 19.5%
PB's First Quarter Achieved(New PB):
Shoulder Press - 65kg Y (65kg)
Bench - 100kg Y
Deadlift - 150kg Y (165kg)
Power Clean - 70kg Y (72.5kg)
Squat - 110kg Y (120kg)
Front Squat - 70kg Y (90kg)
PB's First Quarter Failed:
Over Head Squat - 30kg
Snatch - 50kg
Review:
My BF checked in Jan was incorrect, I had a feeling that 17% was quite low.
It was always in the early 20s before and to have it at 17% when my weight was
around 80kg was a ego boost. My current is 19.5% based on a 11 point check, I
plan to use the same lad and measurements again.
Where are we on the weight, well there's weights matched and new PBs all
round. Where my flexibility is an issue on the OHS and Snatch, I can see that
the weight has not been hit, so I have avoid these. I will try and hit these
more in the next quarter and try and move up on the other SWODs.
Cardio wise, I think I need to up this a little too. Try and get in longer
WODs than 10min, really work harder for longer. Also the Concept2 is rarely
used....this needs to change.
Diet is better than before, protein intake is much higher and trying to avoid
carbs more. Getting more greens in during the day also. Will try and get away
from Gluten a bit more, this I recon could be an allergy for me.
