Shrimps etc
WU Tech:
Open Guard, guy pushs leg to side. Roll up over back return to guard.
Open Guard, Pushes legs to side and goes to pass that side. Shrimp on nearest leg and then get top leg inside for hook and regain guard.
Tech:
Posture in Guard -
Site back, head up and looking forward. Not too far forward or back. Drill with lad in closed guard and trying to break posture without hands.
Breaking Guard -
Cross grip, step wide on side thats trapped and stand. Then break guard.
Breaking Posture when in Guard -
Legs to chest or if leans too far back bridge and push. Drill without hands
Breaking Cross Grip when in Guard -
1. Hand goes in under your own and figure four own arm. Pull up and away from gi. Hand comes around the back of head. Other arm hooks his and get his far gi collar.
2. Hand in under and wax off sweep motion.
3. Cant get hand in under, bridge hips and when you drop them run hand in under.
4. Grab both elbows and pull him towards you with legs and elbows. Trap head over the neck or grab cross grip into collar.
