3-Jan SWOD

BJJ was of tonight so did a SWOD!

Warm Up:
One arm KB walk - 20feet*3
Heatbeats - 20feet*3

Push Ups
Back Raise
Hip Flexor stretch
3*10

Goblet squat 3*10

SWOD:
Deadlifts 3*5 (90kg-90kg-90kg)
Shoulder Press 3*5 (40kg-40kg-40kg)

Just wanted to do a bit tonight. Aware its a serious class tomm night ;)
