Warm Up
Stretch
Push Ups/Sit Ups/Back Raise
Tech: Arm Bar, with hands. Arm Bar, no hands. Triangle!
Tech: Sneeky sleeve choke, in guard, wrap around his own lapel around your arm. Same site. Next break is posture. Pass cuff of his gi up and catch, arm across then choke as he goes to posture!
Rolling:
4-5min Rolls.... SCHOOLED by the two purple belts!
