Inner Tigh 125kg 15*3
Outer Tigh 125kg 15*3
(Leg Extensions 200kg 10reps + 200m) * 3
Standing Calf Raise 150kg 10*3
(OH Swirls 25kg + Uneven Push Ups) 10*3

Comments:
Doing the inner and outer for the Jits and just mixed up the rest a little. I could lift more on the leg extensions and will add some extra running. Good session!
