1-Jul Workout & Yoga

So little home workout:

Chin ups/Push Ups/Sit Ups, fail floor flys and press, followed by shoulder raise and press.

Later that night it was off to Yoga in Dundrum, 75min session, really enjoy this...but hate the hamstring stretches! Course is over, so now need to get into a class!
