Cardio, lots of stuff, was even more shattered big time!
Then triagle from the bottom, over on shoulder, leg up and change triangle grip and then roll. After move to there legs and close knees!
Comments:
Great session, I was so tired at the end of it. Need to get on the cardio and get the weigth down big time!
