21-Oct CrossFit WOD

Today was...

a full CFWU..

15 x 3 of the following:
OH Squat
Push Up
Sit Up
Back Raise
Pull Up
Dip
Samson Stetch

Then just did some standing calfs, inner and outher tighs and bicep curls...

really lazy today, bit of a joke after the CFWU....just coulnd get motivated....
