Warm Up:
Row 3/4 pace for 1100 meters.

“Barbara lite”
Five rounds, each for time of:
10 Pull-ups
20 Push-ups
30 Sit-ups
40 Squats

Time: 22:48

Comments: I have jits later, so moved this to the 'Lite' version! Still tough session.
