13-Nov CrossFit Football WOD

On the minute:

Sprint 110 yards on the minute for 12 minutes.
*Start the clock. At the top of every minute sprint 110 yards.

Warm Up: Usual CFWU

Comments: Hard work, though this was going to be easy enough but it wasnt ;)
(I did trow in a few over heads with a 20kg between laps!)
