13-Sept CrossFit Football WOD

WU:
Row 10min 2200meters

WOD:
Deadlift 3, 3, 3 (80kg-90kg-90kg)
Pull Ups 3 x 10 (1 min rest)

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
Sprint 40 yards
Clapping Push Ups

Comments:
8 rounds done on the run, 10-8-6-rest 5 claps for the rest! Tough session... plus the lack of carbs means less energy! Cant wait for Jits later :(
