WOD:
Five rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
25 Push-ups

Time: 11.51

EOW: Curls and Triceps: 17.5kg 10*3 and 60kg 10*3

Comments: Good WOD, decent time. Worked hard to get a decent time in, should try the full WOD to be honest about it!
