7-Feb BJJ

Spider was over so some rolling time!

Inverted leg hooks to move into side control. Worked on taking the back also, DelaRiva, hand up and grab belt, bully down, stay in your shoulders, grab his pants and siciors legs and pull him onto you to take the back.

Worked on my deep half guard and seems to have been working well.

3 or 4 3min rounds.
