Kettle Bell WOD:
5 rounds of:
20x 16kg swings
10x PU

5 Rounds of:
1x snatch + 5x shoulder press 16kg

5 Rounds of:
10x Floor Press 16kg

3 Rounds of:
20x right arm swings
20x left arm swings
