Stretch:
Back, Ham, Glutes & Shoulders

SWOD:
Squat 3x5 (80kg-87.5kg-92.5kg)

Bench Press 3x5 (70kg-75kg-80kg)

RDL 3x6 5sec (60kg-70kg-80kg)

WOD:
500m Row
15 Push Ups
500m Row
12 Push Ups
500m Row
9 Push Ups
Time: Sub 9 min(complete row time was 6'50)

Stretch:
Back, Ham, Glutes & Shoulders

Coments:
Fuck rowing is a bitch. Was feeling burnt half way throught the first 500m! Need to get back into adding rows to the WODs.
