Class number two......again excellent!
Class was about 80min long and the breakdown was the following:
10-15min Warm Up(Running, side to side, knees up, heels up etc)
Stretch
10x3'30min of Pads with Partner (One attacking, one defending)
3x40 Turning Kicks(20x Per Side)
Core - Crunch & Oblique's work

Another good workout, forearms are bruised as hell. My partner can kick like a horse!
