11-Apr Muay Thai

Class was about 80min long and the breakdown was the following:
10-15min Warm Up(Running, side to side, knees up, heels up, punches & knees etc)
Stretch
4x3'30min Right & Left Mid Kicks
4x3'30min of Pads with Partner (One attacking, one defending - 3 combo attach)
4x3'30min of Pads with Partner (One attacking, one defending - 3 combo attach + clinch)
3x20 Turning Kicks(10x Per Side)
Core - Crunch & Oblique's work
PU
Stretch

Comments:Forearms are bruised to fook, but all good! Loving the class!
