4x3'30min of Light Spar, one leg only other punches &clinch
4x3'30min of Kicks(working on front left kick, switch feet)
2x3'30min of Pad work
Comments: Things I have learned today:
1. Put your cup on at the start of the class!
2. When light sparring, dont forget to protect yourself at all time!
