Deadlift 5x 85% (60kg-90kg-110kg-120kg-130kg)

WOD:
3 Rounds of -
20 Weighted Lunge (20kg BD x2)
20 KB Swing (24kg)
20 Push Ups

Comments:
I HATE WEIGHTED LUNGES..... can add them to thrusters as a pet hate. Was a killer WOD, but felt good to bang it out under 7min!
