Chest was sore today, PU in the warm up were burning me! HPC is getting there, finially completed 60kg and two decent reps from three. WOD was hard, the run was a killer, was neck and neck with Ross at the last 100m and he beat me back by 12sec!!!!
NEED MORE CARDIO!
