Note:
Make sure the shrug up is straigh elbow till the last min, then pull in under and slam feet slightly wider.

Failed on BW Rows on round 7.
Comments:
Good session, one on one with Combat Dave. So worked alot on tech to ensure that I was getting the HPC correct.
