Move onto back, clock choke grip.
Drop to the side, slide knee up to his shoulder, pull him into you then kick leg out and hook in! Always bottom leg for hook! Top can go in or under hook to stop him from turning
Sweep, Across over back and pull in, this is when he goes to turn in.
He turns away, sit in behind, change grip and choke. Knee in back and also grab trousers.
As he goes to spin, go with him and get the hook and hold him on. Hook the top leg and keep turing until that the bottom. Always bottom hook first.
In Turtle:
Noth South, guy is on top of you. He puts arm in, pin and grab leg, step out, leg througth take back(warm up move). Stay tight and come up on back.
Noth South, guy is on top of you. He puts arm in, pin and grab leg, step out, roll dont let go! Come up on back in side.
Grab his arm, tripod on head and he goes over the trapped arms shoulder. Shimmy close and then twist over and come up on top.
Kimoura when he puts arm in and goes for the forearm lock. Sit out away on ass,keep hold of arm.
