As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
3 Power Cleans 40kg
5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Air Squats
(Completed 5 rounds)

EOW:
Swirls x Standing Raise x 200m

Hard man, was tired as fook ;) Also had a serious calf crap later that night!
