9-Jun BJJ NOGI

Went to the BJJ NOGI for an hour, legs are stiff from yesterday and the work today.

We did pumling with takedown and also sprawls for 10-15min after the warm up.

Next was 4 out and take downs. Finished with rolling with <85kg.

Good session and workout.

Will be dying tomm!!!!!
