16-Dec CrossFit WOD

CFWU(full with GRAV help for PU & Dips)

WOD: Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3 reps

EOW: 25kg overhead swirls @ 40kg Bicep bar curls...yes curls!

Comments: 80kg-90kg-100kg-105kg-107.5kg, could hace gone 10% harder I recon, last set were tough, but was more working on tech and nice weight on this one!
