Saw a stupid thing on the internet about 30 days of 300PUs a day.
I dont think its going to cause masses amount of muscle growth or definition, but as a challange I think its quite good. I like PUs and would do a good few aways.
As I train Monday to Friday and 3x10 PUs are part of my warm up, they wont count to the 300 but will add them when counting them, so today we hit 330PUs in total.
