Nice session today, bit of a reset on the PC. Want to ensure that all stages of my lift tech are correct. I fell that when the weight does go heavy, that my jump/shrug are better. Lack of KBs in the gym means some one arm BD swings. Wanted to check the weight to start to add them into my WODs.
