+ 3 Rounds of [5xBurpees + 10x22' Box Jump + 10x20kg KB Swing]

Comments:
Was smashing this hard and getting through it. Got to the 7th rep of the DL and had a back spasm. Had to stop... was well stiff later that night and the next day! Need a rest and to work on some felxability!
