WU:
3 Rounds of -
Squat x15
Plank/Push Up x10
back Raise x10
Lunge w/Twist
HF Stretch 15sec

SWOD
Max x5 Deadlift 140kg new PB! (WU x5 - 60kg-90kg-110kg)

WOD:
12min max rounds of -
3 Burpees
6 HPC (20kg DB)
9 Swings (16kg KB)

Rounds: 10 Complete

Comments:
Added another 5kg to the DL, but still have more in the tank. Want to break 150kg by end of March!

WOD was tough, did it yesterday and hit about the same amount of rounds in less time, was a little fatigued and the PB DL didnt help ;) BUT ALL WORTH IT!
