6-Jan Northen Irish Open
The NI open is this Sunday, so going up on the day with the ginja ninja.
Im not on weight, im going to compete in the 82kg Blue Belt division, I am weigin in at 80kg without a GI today. Need to drop a little before Sunday, hope to be 75ish by the sunday morning so on the way for the Europeans.

5-Jan BJJ
Not going to Judo till after the Europeans, so just went to BJJ with Dave last night.
Good warm up, soft rolling at the start. Then some rolls and passing guard.
Decent session, got wacked a few times in the head by a new guy, but all good.

4-Jan CrossFit WOD
So first session back, so just did the full CFWU and was SCREWED! (Gra assisted Pull up but)
Then just did some 40kg deads and 20kg snatches and finished with 25kg overheads....
then it was shower time...
didnt feel too good after all that! SOFT!

3-Jan BJJ Private...with the boys!
So from the 21st of Dec till the 3rd....I ate, drank and be merry!
Im up to 81kg...so a little heavy.
Meet up with Dave(blue belt) and Mick(purple belt) and warmed up and rolled for a few hours. Good seassion, except for a knee ride and nearly made me sick.
Things we worked on:
Pistol Grip Sweep:
1. Cross pistol grip, tie up both arms.
2. Opp leg into the arm pit.
3. Trun hips out and come to the side on, then kick leg and roll over with your opp.
4. let go of the near arm, as this is illegal for Blues(arm crush!)
Reverse Sweep:
1. Guy goes to break your gaurd and ends up in Combat position.
2. Hook your leg into his standing leg, then tie up opp arm.
3. Kick leg up and pull down arm and follow him.
4. End up in mount.

11-Jan NI jits Open
Weather was so bad here it showed and was -8 at some stages over the last few day. Too dangerous to make the trip up north for the comp yesterday.
Pity I didnt want to bail on this, checked the results and there was noone in the -82kg Blue Belt to even compete against.
