So from the 21st of Dec till the 3rd....I ate, drank and be merry!
Im up to 81kg...so a little heavy.
Meet up with Dave(blue belt) and Mick(purple belt) and warmed up and rolled for a few hours. Good seassion, except for a knee ride and nearly made me sick.
Things we worked on:
Pistol Grip Sweep:
1. Cross pistol grip, tie up both arms.
2. Opp leg into the arm pit.
3. Trun hips out and come to the side on, then kick leg and roll over with your opp.
4. let go of the near arm, as this is illegal for Blues(arm crush!)
Reverse Sweep:
1. Guy goes to break your gaurd and ends up in Combat position.
2. Hook your leg into his standing leg, then tie up opp arm.
3. Kick leg up and pull down arm and follow him.
4. End up in mount.
