My neck and knee have been in a bad way since last week, not training or anything done, just been sitting around and eating junk and its a little depressing to be honest! Im around 78kg and to think I was 74.6 this time last month and rearing for the dublin open....now the Irish Open is on the 22nd of Nov and iv half arsed training and gym and weight watching for a few weeks!
So today, woke up and decent breakfast, had a white roll for lunch....bad idea and then pizza for dinner, worse idea!
What to do today? No idea so walked into town with the little lady, 6k in and 6k out, bit of a wander around in the shops, so in total about 13k!
So the push starts tomm, going to get it going again!
