Pull-ups
CFWU: OHS/Push Up/Sit Up/Pull Up/Dip/Samson Stretch!
(Going to use the gravatron until I get back into the Pull Ups & Dips!)
Time: JOKE.....did the full CFWU and was a little shattered, so onto the WOD....mare, did 15kg(33lbs) thrusters and only 5 pull ups for it....MARE!
