2-Nov CossFit WOD

Five rounds for time of:

40kg pound Snatch, 3 reps
40kg pound Back squat, 15 reps
Run 400 meters

Time - 16.02min

Warm Up - 5min on the rower at 3/4 pace

Comments: Could have gone faster at the start, my snatch tech is so poor!
