14-Sept CrossFit WOD

“Barbara lite”

Five rounds, each for time of:
10 Pull-ups
20 Push-ups
30 Sit-ups
40 Squats


Will post time.....a little scared of this one....

Ok, so warm up was 5min on the rower at 3/4 pace!

Workout wasnt that bad, 15:52!

Think I could have shaved some time off it, did the first 3 in less than 8 min, then paced a little when should have gone harder.
