28-Nov Stroller time!

So took the little lad out in the stroller today for a quick walk.

Was just me and him, so we walked at a decent pace.

Took about 50min and covered about 5k.

22-Nov Morning Run

Little chilly out there at 7am today....

Took a much better route today to see how the lungs were.

Bout 2.5k and covered under 20min, stopwatch issues today so guestimate!

Plan is to up this to 5k a day.

21-Nov Morning Run...

So pre-work run today.... well the first attempt.

I was up early and parked in the office at 7am. I recon I cover 2.5k max and it was a little stop start, it took about 20min. Really it was poor judgement on the course I seleted, a little all over the shop and not long enough.

Its all change & sick...

Last two weeks have been a mare, little jake has been acting up a little... as babies do ;)

Then this week its a set of ulcers in my throat and an ear infection.... all thanks to a trip to the UK to watch UFC with the boys. Dave also got a little somthing too.... I swear we were not spooing in the same bed!

Need to get a pattern at home to let me get back to the gym properly, but this is the norm and its life!

Anyways onward and upward.........................

Power cleans, need to work on the tech. It all went out the window tonight as usual!

Rounds: 3 complete (OHS was 25kg for the first 3 sets, then 15kg for the last 3)
